Refund Policy

By Signing and submitting payment you understand the following:

  • Once payment is submitted, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. 
  • Oscar, MyWebChef, 5 Multimedia LLC and(or) any other company that assists with the set up and(or) automations process will not refund any fees or set up costs associated with your account once payment is submitted.  Even if no set-up had even started.  
  • The first installment of your Monthly Subscription will be due to launch of your CRM. Launch will be agreed upon by all set-up companies once complete.
  • Monthly subscription billing will occur on a 30 day recurring billing cycle.
  • To cancel your subscription, You (the client) will need to submit written cancelation to 15 days prior to your billing date.
  • Should cancelation requests be submitted 14 days or closer to the billing date, we cannot guarantee the client will not get billed for the coming months subscription.  We will do our best to cancel but there is no guarantee.
